In navigating the complexities of conflict-affected areas, MasterKey demonstrated its expertise by successfully conducting a comprehensive study in the four districts spanning the Amhara and Afar regions of Ethiopia. This initiative was part of the EU-funded project “SELAM II: Early Recovery and Socioeconomic Stability of Conflict-Affected Populations in Amhara and Afar Regions, Ethiopia,” commissioned by CARE Ethiopia. Despite operating in a fragile security setting, MasterKey exhibited operational efficiency, adept client management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes. Our team showcased resilience and adaptability while ensuring the safety and security of all involved parties throughout the study. Additionally, MasterKey has showed its expertise in the presentation of comprehensive reports, providing stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations. Our research team meticulously suggested and justified feasible indicators and targets, while also identifying potential risk factors, impacts, and mitigation strategies for project implementation. Moreover, we designed a robust monitoring and evaluation plan matrix to track progress and ensure the effective implementation of the project. This achievement underscores MasterKey’s ability to excel in challenging environments and deliver impactful solutions that contribute to the socioeconomic stability and recovery of conflict-affected populations.
